A metal shop built for export work

Since 2010, WenXinDa has grown as a metal manufacturing partner in China. We invest in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and metal stamping because that is what global buyers order: brackets, weldments, stampings, and mixed-process parts—with lead times we discuss honestly before we take the PO.

How we work today

Manufacturing should not feel like a black box—especially when you import from overseas. We built WenXinDa so buyers get a direct engineering line: clear questions in English, visible trade-offs, and schedules tied to real floor capacity.

Our strength is the combination of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and metal stamping. That lets us support prototypes, bridge quantities, and recurring export orders without forcing every part into the wrong process.

We are not the largest factory in China—and we do not claim to be. We are sized so your project is visible to people who can change the setup when tolerances or delivery need a second look.

What we try to get right

Principles we apply every day on the floor—clear ownership, visible schedules, and no hand-waving when something needs a second look.

Listen before we cut

We ask about assembly context, failure modes, and how you’ll inspect—so the quote matches reality.

Document what matters

Inspection notes, key dimensions, and photos when helpful—aligned with what your QA actually reviews.

Stay reachable

Revisions happen. We’d rather reset a timeline early than surprise you the week of ship.

Equipment & capability snapshot

Exact machine lists change as we upgrade. If your RFQ hinges on a specific bed size or tonnage, ask—we’ll confirm against the current floor layout.

  • CNC machining centers and lathes for prismatic and shaft-type metal parts
  • Sheet metal: laser, press brake, welding for enclosures and weldments
  • Stamping presses and tooling for progressive and stage production

Planning a visit or audit?

We welcome serious customers who want to see how parts move through the shop. Reach out with your scope and any checklist—we’ll align on what we can show on your timeline.

What we optimize for

Export buyers do not need another anonymous marketplace—they need a shop that reads drawings, speaks plainly about trade-offs, and ships on a schedule everyone agreed to before metal was cut.

01

Clarity over hype

Quotes explain material, tooling, and lead-time assumptions. If a tolerance needs slower feeds or secondary ops, you see it before the PO—not after parts arrive.

02

Process fit

We will recommend CNC, sheet metal, or stamping—or a hybrid—based on volume and geometry. Forcing the wrong process costs you tooling and calendar time.

03

Accountable delivery

Same team on your thread from RFQ through packing list. Revisions reset timelines early instead of surprising you at the port.

Export programs

From our floor to your dock

WenXinDa is structured for international buyers: English RFQs, export-oriented packaging, and documentation aligned with how your logistics team actually clears customs—not a generic “we ship worldwide” line with no detail.

  • Ocean and air freight arrangements discussed in the quote
  • Incoterms and routing rules captured when you specify them
  • Regions we see often: EU, UK, North America, Middle East, North Africa, Oceania

In-house coordination

CNC, sheet metal, and stamping scheduled together when hybrid parts need aligned datums.

Scoped inspection

First article, in-process, and final checks matched to part risk—not boilerplate certs.

Why that matters to buyers

What we emphasize day to day—without borrowing another company’s statistics.

Direct shop access

You’re not routing through a faceless marketplace. When something is unclear on the drawing, we resolve it with the people who will run the job.

Right-sized batches

We’re structured for prototypes through mid-volume. If you need millions of pieces, we’ll tell you what fits our tooling model—and what doesn’t.

Export-oriented logistics

We regularly pack for ocean and air freight—crates, pallets, and documents aligned with your destination when you specify Incoterms.

See if we are a fit for your next program

Share drawings, target quantities, and where parts need to land. We will tell you early if the process mix or schedule is outside what we can hold.
