Sheet metal · Fabrication

Laser cutting, bending & welded assemblies

We fabricate sheet metal parts for teams in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and other export markets—aluminum, steel, and stainless in typical gauges. Quotes reference your flat pattern, bend radii, weld symbols, and finish so expectations match what leaves our shop in China.

Flat-pattern discipline

DXF/DWG and bend tables reduce scrap—if something is ambiguous, we ask before nesting.

Realistic bend notes

Inside radius, grain direction, and tooling limits are part of the discussion—not after the first bad bend.

Export-ready packaging

We pack for ocean or air freight when you tell us destination and handling expectations.

Why buyers work with us on this process

Clear scope, documented checks, and quotes aligned with how we actually run production.

One PO for fab + machining

When brackets need machined bores after forming, we sequence work under one roof where it saves you time.

Honest capacity

If a job needs equipment or capacity we do not have, we say so early—no marketplace middlemen.

Finishes you can specify

Powder coat, wet paint, plating, and passivation coordinated with partners we use regularly.

Typical sheet metal scope

Final acceptance follows your drawing; ranges below are for RFQ discussion only.

Process What we use it for Notes
Laser cutting Flat blanks, light gauge brackets Nesting and edge quality per material
CNC press brake Controlled bends, repeat setups Tooling limits quoted with the job
MIG / TIG welding Frames, cabinets, weldments WPS and inspection by agreement
Hardware insertion Pem-style fasteners where specified Pilot holes and insertion force checked

Tighter sheet tolerances may require fixture investment—called out in the estimate.

Materials we see often: 5052/6061 aluminum, cold-rolled and galvanized steel, 304/316 stainless in sheet form. If you need a grade we do not stock, we source with lead time and certs quoted on the PO.

Sheet metal performance depends on alloy, temper, handling after welding, and how parts are installed. Share load cases and corrosion environment so we can align material and finish.

Typical end uses

Industrial & automation

Enclosures, guards, and brackets for machinery shipped worldwide.

Energy & electrical

Panels, bus bar supports, and frames where conductivity and clearance matter.

Mobility & hardware

Programs where repeatability and documentation matter as much as unit cost.

General OEM

If your drawing is clear, we can quote—regardless of industry label.

Finishing & post-processing

We coordinate common finishes through vetted partners when your drawing calls for them—lead time and cost are quoted together with fabrication.

Option What it does Common use
Powder coat Durable color; mask critical surfaces as specified. Covers, visible brackets
Passivate Improves stainless corrosion resistance. Food-adjacent and outdoor-adjacent parts
Zinc plating Sacrificial protection on steel. Indoor hardware
Anodize (aluminum) Decorative or protective oxide layer. Panels and cosmetic faces

FAQ

Do you ship sheet metal globally?

Yes—tell us country, Incoterms preference, and whether you need crates or palletized export packaging.

Minimum order?

We support prototypes and small batches. Very large programs are welcome when tooling and capacity fit—ask early.

What files help?

DXF/DWG for flats; STEP for formed parts; PDF with welds, finishes, and critical dimensions.

Ready to review your parts?

Send drawings, quantity, destination, and need-by date—we reply with clear questions and realistic timelines.
