Precision CNC machining for export-focused buyers

From our facility in China we machine aluminum, steel, stainless, and common copper alloys for customers in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and other regions—paired with sheet metal or stamping when that saves you time. Quotes follow your drawing: grade, heat treat, finish, and inspection—not generic “unlimited precision” claims.

First-article mindset

Critical dimensions get called out on travelers; we align on how you’ll measure before we cut.

Sensible tolerances

Tighter costs more time—your quote states what is standard vs what needs slower feeds or grinding.

Scheduling you can plan around

We give windows tied to our current load—not “3 days” promises that fall apart in review.

Why buyers work with us on this process

Clear scope, documented checks, and quotes aligned with how we actually run production.

Strength & predictability

Metals give traceable strength, fatigue behavior, and weld or rivet paths your assembly team expects.

Thermal & electrical paths

From heat sinks to bus bars—choose grades for conductivity before chasing exotic finishes.

Finishing that fits the part

Anodize, passivate, plating, powder—specified together with machining so chemistry matches the alloy.

Bridge from prototype to repeat

Same team reads the revision history—less re‑learning between pilot runs and production.

Stamping + CNC under one roof

When the blank is stamped and features need CNC, we sequence ops to avoid double handling.

Documentation on request

Dimensional logs or photos when your QA needs evidence—not a certificate wall that doesn’t match the PO.

Reference: common aluminum grades (machining)

Illustrative values vary by temper and supplier—always defer to your drawing and our mill certs.

Grade Typical use Notes
6061-T6 General structure, brackets, weldments Versatile; anodize friendly
7075-T6 Higher strength, aerospace-style parts Watch stress corrosion in wet service
5052-H32 Sheet forming, marine-ish exposure Good formability; moderate strength
2024 Aircraft-style applications (where specified) Heat treat sensitive—coordinate process

Yield/UTS certificates provided when your PO requires heat lot traceability.

Steels & stainless: we routinely machine 1018/1045/4140 bar and plate, plus 304/316 sheet for brackets and weldments. Tool steel and pre-hardened grades are quoted with extra lead for wear allowances.

Typical machining tolerances (discussion starters)

Final acceptance follows your print; these are common starting points for RFQs.

Feature General (mm) Tighter (mm)
Linear dimension ±0.05 ±0.02
Hole diameter ±0.03 ±0.01
Flatness (per 100 mm) 0.05 0.02

Tighter tolerances may require grinding, temperature control, or slower machining—called out in quote.

Metals performance depends on temper, directionality, and how parts are handled after machining. If your application is safety-critical, tell us early so inspection and documentation match the risk.

Typical end uses

Industrial & automation

Frames, sensor mounts, and wear plates for equipment that runs daily.

Electronics & power

Heat spreaders, bus bars, shields—pair material with finish for EMI or thermal goals.

Mobility suppliers

Brackets and adapters for EV and legacy programs at pilot through production volumes.

Test & instrumentation hardware

Fixtures and mechanics where traceability and inspection plans are agreed up front.

Finishing & post-processing

We coordinate common finishes through vetted partners when your drawing calls for them—lead time and cost are quoted together with fabrication.

Option What it does Common use
Anodize (Type II/III) Controlled oxide layer; color or clear; improves corrosion on aluminum. Housings, panels
Passivate Removes free iron; improves stainless corrosion resistance. Brackets, food-adjacent parts
Electroless nickel Uniform coating for wear and mild corrosion. Pins, sliding interfaces
Powder coat Durable color layer; mask critical surfaces as needed. Covers, brackets
Bead blast / tumble Cosmetic matte finish; hides minor tool marks. Visible consumer-facing parts

FAQ

Do you source metal with certificates?

Yes when your PO specifies—mill certs, RoHS, or country-of-origin paperwork can be quoted as line items.

Can you weld after CNC?

We coordinate weld fixtures and post-weld machining when the design needs it—flag weld symbols early.

What files help most?

STEP/IGES for machined geometry; PDF drawing with finishes, threads, and inspection marks.
